Polish animator discouraged by toxicity in US indie animation scene

Original: Przez gówno jakie widzę na Amerykańskim fandomie indie animacji, coraz mniej mam ochotę stworzyć serial animowany i swoj

A Polish animation community member says the behavior they witness in the American indie animation fandom is making them lose motivation to create their own animated series and animation studio. They argue fans tear down what creators care about most, and that anyone who pushes back is instantly cast as the villain. The remark has struck a chord with other artists who report similar fatigue with fandom-driven drama in the indie animation world.

Why now: Ongoing drama and creator burnout in the indie animation fandom are prompting artists to publicly vent about toxic fan behavior.
