Apple Declares 2017 12-Inch MacBook Obsolete
Original: Apple Classifies the 2017 12-Inch MacBook as Obsolete
Apple has added the 2017 12-inch MacBook to its obsolete products list, meaning the laptop no longer qualifies for hardware service or parts through the company or authorised providers. The ultra-light model, discontinued in 2019, was the last of Apple's fanless 12-inch MacBooks. Owners will now need to rely on third-party repair shops for servicing.
