Catch a Bird: a developer's side project for peace of mind
Original: Catch a Bird – I made it for my own sanity
A developer has launched Catch a Bird, a small web project described as something built 'for my own sanity'. The maker says the site was created as a personal outlet rather than a commercial venture. The project is drawing attention and positive reactions from online communities that appreciate simple, hobby-built tools made for fun and stress relief.
Why now: Hacker News readers are engaging with a personal, non-commercial side project and its relatable story of building something purely for one's own wellbeing.
