Original: the developers of big walk - house house - just put out a statement explaining that big walk will not be coming to xbox

House House, the Australian studio behind Untitled Goose Game, has announced that its upcoming game Big Walk will not be released on Xbox. In a statement, the developers said the decision follows the BDS movement's boycott targeting Microsoft over its alleged links to Israel's actions in Palestine. The move has drawn attention in gaming circles, with discussion focusing on developers taking a public political stance and what it means for platform availability of indie games.

Why now: An indie studio has publicly joined the BDS boycott of Microsoft, a notable and rare political decision affecting a game's platform release.
