Original: 🔴 BREAKING Ukraine to Resume Strikes on Russian Oil Refineries Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the end

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the end of a three-day pause in Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries, saying attacks will resume. The pause followed renewed Russian attacks on Ukraine, while Washington has been pressing Kyiv to scale back its refinery campaign, reportedly over concerns about global oil prices and pressure on Moscow to negotiate.

Why now: The resumption of long-range strikes on Russian energy infrastructure directly affects global oil markets and prospects for peace talks.
