Original: Zelenskyy Accuses U.S. and Musk of Betrayal Over Starlink Limits During Russian Attack
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has accused the United States and Elon Musk of a form of betrayal, saying Starlink coverage restrictions hampered Ukraine's forces during a Russian attack.
