Getafe have made a formal offer to sign Jadon Sancho, who is a free agent after leaving Manchester United in the summer. The Spanish top-flight club are looking to bring in the attacker as he searches for a new team, with his next destination now the subject of close attention from football fans.

Why now: Sancho's departure from Manchester United left him without a club, so any concrete offer for the England attacker is major transfer news.
