A biologist reports that his Cephalotus follicularis, the Australian Pitcher Plant, has grown significantly since he acquired it last January and shows no signs of decline. The carnivorous plant is known for being difficult to keep alive in cultivation, so its steady growth is being shared as a small but genuine horticultural success.
Why now: The plant has a reputation among growers as fussy and hard to keep healthy, so a thriving specimen a year on is worth sharing.

Evidence
- Cephalotus follicularis, the Australian Pitcher Plant, has been doing well. Since I got it last January it has grown significantly and so far is not showing any signs of dying. Not dying is one of the major signs of a healthy plant. See https:// ecoevo.social/@richard_a_lent/… · richard_a_lent@ecoevo.social · 21
