Delegations from Palestine, Iran, Turkey, Kuwait and Pakistan walked out as Israeli President Isaac Herzog began his address at the CICA summit in Baku, Azerbaijan. Why now: The walkout at a regional summit is a visible diplomatic signal of Israel's isolation over the Gaza conflict.
