UK Defence Secretary Wes Streeting is visiting Washington to urge the United States to continue backing Ukraine, arguing that support for Kyiv serves America's economic interests. The trip comes after a row over Starlink, and Streeting is trying to cool tensions while pressing the case for sustained Western support for Ukraine.
Why now: Tensions over the Starlink dispute and uncertainty about US policy toward Ukraine have put the issue in the spotlight.
