Ukraine Resumes Strikes on Russian Oil Refineries

Ukraine has resumed drone strikes on Russian oil refineries, with President Zelenskyy saying he is 'done' with President Trump's calls for an energy ceasefire. The move marks a shift in Kyiv's stance on US-mediated diplomacy and follows a reported change in US drone export policy that affects both sides of the war.

Why now: A visible escalation in strikes on Russian energy infrastructure signals Kyiv is backing away from a US-backed ceasefire format, raising questions about the direction of peace talks.
