Advocates Rally Against Boston Dynamics Robot Dog Sales to ICE

Original: Local advocates rally against sale of Boston Dynamics’ robot dogs to ICE

Local advocates in Waltham, Massachusetts are protesting Boston Dynamics' sale of its Spot robot dogs to US Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Demonstrators argue the quadruped robots could be used in immigration enforcement operations and are calling on the company to end the partnership.

Why now: Immigration enforcement has become a focal point of public protest, and the use of advanced police-adjacent robotics by ICE is raising fresh ethical concerns.
