Organisers have invited people to a repair day in Berlin taking place next week, presented as a new event format with a local, do-it-yourself focus. Details of the venue and programme have not yet been spelled out, with a fuller announcement promised. The event taps into the growing repair and reuse movement, which encourages fixing household items rather than throwing them away.
Why now: A community repair event is being promoted ahead of its date, drawing interest from the DIY and sustainability scene.
