Original: @ mitgelesen Ich bin heute mal beim RTL auf der RTL Watchparty. 🏈 # NFL # NYJets # AmericanFootball # Lions
RTL, the German broadcaster, is holding a watch party for an NFL game featuring the New York Jets and the Detroit Lions, and at least one attendee shared that they were there following along. The mention of RTL points to the network's growing American football coverage for German audiences. The note itself is a brief personal report, with no wider reaction recorded yet.
Why now: The NFL's growing popularity in Germany makes a German broadcaster hosting a live football watch party noteworthy.
