Misty alleys of Erice captured for Silent Sunday
Original: #silentsunday with the small, misty alleys of Erice (Trapani, Sicily, Italy). Nikon D700 AF-S NIKKOR 24-70 f2.8G ED -- #
A photographer has shared images of the narrow, fog-shrouded cobblestone alleys of Erice, a hilltown near Trapani in western Sicily, tagged for the Silent Sunday photography ritual. The shots, taken with a Nikon D700 and a 24-70mm f2.8 lens, highlight the medieval town's atmospheric Mediterranean streets in the mist.
Why now: Silent Sunday photo sharing keeps scenic travel and photography subjects circulating among hobbyists.
