Tourists in Paris caught up in French Revolution-themed chaos
Original: These poor tourists booked a trip to Paris and accidentally got the full French Revolution package. Writer: Daniyal
Tourists who booked a trip to Paris found themselves in the middle of street unrest being compared online to the French Revolution. The joke is circulating widely as visitors apparently encountered protests or turmoil instead of the calm city break they expected. Commenters are reacting with dark humor about France's waves of public anger and disruption.
Why now: Fresh footage or reports of protests in Paris are being shared with the ironic 'French Revolution' framing, and it is resonating as France's unrest continues.
