Fantasy writers swap character quirks in prompt series
Original: # PhantastikPrompts 19. „Gibt es da auch Schokolade?“ Wichtige Fragen werden zuerst gestellt. Welche legt ihr so auf die
German-language fantasy writer Anja Weinhold has posted the nineteenth instalment of her PhantastikPrompts series, asking fellow authors what quirky questions their protagonists might ask, with her own example being "Is there chocolate there?" She notes her character Edward has a weakness for little cakes, joking that thinking work requires dopamine sources. Participants are invited to share the habits and verbal tics they give their own heroes.
Why now: The recurring writing prompt series invites authors to share and compare character details, drawing engagement from the fantasy writing community.
