Spain's rushed Ceuta migrant clear-out sparks rights concerns
Original: Spain's rush to clear Ceuta migrant backlog raises rights concerns
Spain is moving quickly to process and clear the backlog of migrants in Ceuta, the Spanish enclave on the North African coast.
