A photographer in Montreal, Quebec has shared a series of macro photographs showing frost so intense it makes the hair stand on end, titled 'Froid à en dresser les poils' — cold enough to bristle. The images, shot on a Nikon Z8, focus on flowers and botanical subjects under freezing conditions, drawing attention from nature and art photography communities online.
Why now: Winter conditions in Quebec are prompting photographers to share striking frost imagery.
