A social media user describes two weeks of travelling with a constant internal commentary that judged every photo they took, as if an Instagram voice had become a third companion on the trip. The narration grew so intrusive that they could no longer stand their own thoughts and removed Instagram from their phone. The account is being shared as a candid reflection on how deeply the platform's photo-sharing habits can shape, and take over, everyday thinking.
