Original: raúl castro
Florida officials have announced an arrest warrant charging former Cuban leader Raúl Castro in connection with the 1996 shootdown of two civilian aircraft flown by the Brothers to the Rescue group, in which four people were killed. Attorney General James Uthmeier announced the charges, reigniting decades-old anger over the incident and debate over whether Castro, now in his nineties, could ever face prosecution.
