Weball Turns Any Website Into a Katamari Game

Original: Weball: Play Katamari on Websites

Weball is a browser-based toy that lets users roll a Katamari-style ball around any website, collecting elements from the page as they go. The project, featured on a computer vision blog, is drawing attention for its playful, nostalgic take on browsing, with users amused at the idea of dismantling web pages for fun.

Why now: The novelty of playing a beloved game mechanic on real websites is entertaining developers and internet users.
