Gaza families appeal for donations as supplies vanish and prices soar

Original: 4 days without donations 💔 Recently, some goods have disappeared from the shelves, while the prices of others have risen

A family reliant on charity reports going four days without donations, saying basic goods have disappeared from shelves while prices of others have risen sharply. They say they were forced to buy essentials on credit because they could not afford them, and are appealing for donations to pay off mounting debts as the humanitarian and economic crisis deepens.

Why now: Ongoing conflict and aid shortages are making it harder for displaced families to meet basic needs, prompting urgent fundraising appeals.
