Abstract water photography riffs on Interstellar's famous line
Original: those aren't mountains, they're waves - interstellar (thanks g for the titles) # photography # art # mastoart # fediart
Artist aboutgrau is sharing abstract photography of rippling water, titling the series with the line "those aren't mountains, they're waves" from the film Interstellar. The close-up images of fluid, colorful ripples are tagged with art and photography hashtags and presented as wallpaper-ready artwork, drawing small but steady appreciation from the community this week.
Why now: The striking film-referenced water images are being shared as part of ongoing art-sharing tags like Texture Tuesday.
