Italian petition for tech-free schools gains early support
Original: Siamo già a 65 firme per la petizione per una scuola libera dalle Big Tech! 🚀 È un ottimo inizio, ma la strada è appena
An Italian petition calling for schools free from Big Tech influence has collected 65 signatures, which organisers describe as a good start despite the long road ahead. The campaign urges supporters to sign and share widely, arguing that changing how students interact with technology in classrooms requires broad public help and diffusion of the initiative.
Why now: Growing debate over the role of large technology companies in education is driving support for campaigns promoting independent, Big Tech-free schooling.
