Original: Terre Haute joins ‘Move the Train’ push urging Congress to act on blocked crossings

Terre Haute, Indiana has joined the 'Move the Train' campaign, a push urging Congress to address freight trains that block road crossings for extended periods. Local officials say the blockages cut off neighborhoods, delay emergency vehicles and frustrate drivers. The city's support adds its voice to a growing call for federal legislation to limit how long trains can obstruct crossings.
