Kim Kardashian is facing criticism after her daughter North West was seen at Universal Studios wearing a black mini skirt and ghoulish makeup. Commenters accused Kardashian of poor parenting and of taking a hands-off 'going with the flow' approach, arguing the look was inappropriate for her child's age.
