Over a Million Characters Created in WoW Forever Beta Stress Test

Original: wow forever stress test

The beta for WoW Forever, a project running World of Warcraft, has passed one million characters created as players take part in its stress testing. IGN notes that surprisingly few of those characters are Skyborne, a detail drawing comment from the community. The scale of sign-ups is being read as a sign of strong demand for the service.

Why now: A major character-creation milestone in the beta stress test is attracting attention from gaming media and players.
