Political Ads Draw Widespread Frustration
Original: Political Ads Are The Worst...
Political advertising is once again a topic of broad online frustration, with audiences venting about how intrusive, repetitive and negative campaign ads have become during election season. Many say the constant barrage of attack ads and fundraising appeals on TV and streaming platforms has made the ads worse than ever, and the sentiment is clearly striking a chord with viewers.
Why now: People are reacting during a heavy political ad season when campaign commercials are hard to avoid.
