Prime Video adds Sony LIV as add-on subscription

Original: sony liv subscription

Sony LIV is now available as an add-on subscription within Prime Video in India, letting viewers bundle the service with their existing Prime membership. The move makes Sony LIV's shows, movies and live sports reachable through a single app. It is being read as part of a wider trend of streaming consolidation, where platforms partner rather than compete, giving subscribers one billing point and a more streamlined viewing experience across multiple services.

Why now: Amazon Prime Video's integration of Sony LIV as an add-on is new news for Indian streamers weighing bundled subscriptions.
