Original: carlton cole on bukayo saka

Former West Ham striker Carlton Cole has launched a pointed critique of an Arsenal player he labelled a 'passenger', arguing the winger receives too much grace from manager Mikel Arteta. Cole said the player's position in the team is now being questioned, adding to growing scrutiny of Arsenal's attacking form among pundits and fans.

Why now: Cole's blunt assessment of an Arsenal forward and Arteta's loyalty to him has sparked debate during a period of intense scrutiny of the club's attack.
