Original: Google fells Finnish trees
Google is cutting down trees in Finland, according to reports circulating online. The activity is likely tied to land clearing for data centre development, as the company has invested heavily in Finnish data centre sites in recent years, but details on the scale and location of the felling remain limited in the available coverage.
