Report: Dutch Spies Hacked Jared Kushner's iPhone
Original: Report: Dutch Spies Hacked Jared Kushner's iPhone, Watched Him Use Sleazy Middle Eastern Slush Fund
A new report claims Dutch intelligence agencies hacked Jared Kushner's iPhone in 2017 after discovering Russian spies had already breached the device. According to the account, the Dutch borrowed the Russians' method to monitor Kushner themselves, allegedly observing dealings described as a Middle Eastern slush fund. The claims, if accurate, would raise fresh questions about foreign intelligence access to Trump-era White House figures and Kushner's financial ties in the region.
Why now: The explosive allegations about foreign surveillance of a former senior White House adviser are new and touch on ongoing debates about Kushner's Middle East ties.
