Oisin Murphy parts ways with top owner after decade
Original: oisin murphy
Jockey Oisin Murphy will split from a leading owner after ten years together, with the partnership ending at the close of the Flat season as the owner reportedly reduces the number of horses in training. Separately, Murphy has been taken off champion hurdler Constitution Hill, and a new rider has been confirmed for the horse's outing in Milan at San Siro, where Dubai Honour is favourite for the Gran Premio del Jockey Club.
Why now: Murphy's simultaneous split from a long-term owner and loss of the Constitution Hill ride marks a major shake-up in his career during a busy autumn of big races.
