Aisle 13: The Snack Aisle Drawing Attention
Original: aisle 13... # aisle #13 # pretzels # popcorn # nuts # chips # icecreamcones # toppings # schoolsupplies
Shoppers are posting about aisle 13 in grocery stores, joking that it holds snacks and treats rather than the electronics its number might suggest. The aisle is said to stock pretzels, popcorn, nuts, chips, ice cream cones and toppings, with some even lumping in school supplies. The mixing of snack food with back-to-school items is prompting light banter about how stores organise their shelves.
Why now: The amusing contrast between 'aisle 13' evoking semiconductors and it actually containing snacks is being shared for laughs.
