The Environmental Protection Agency is removing large portions of its own web archive, according to a Mother Jones report. The deleted material reportedly includes pages connected to the Camp Lejeune water contamination case and the Trump-era Clean Power Plan, raising concerns among researchers and climate advocates that public records on pollution and environmental health are being erased from government access.
Why now: Readers are alarmed that a federal agency is quietly removing public environmental records from its website.
