Critical Musk documentary pulled from theatres after two weeks
Original: Critical 'Musk' documentary pulled from theatres after just two weeks
A documentary about Elon Musk that takes a critical look at the billionaire has been pulled from cinemas after only two weeks in theatres. The early removal has drawn attention because of its unusually short run and the film's unflattering portrayal of one of the world's most prominent tech figures. No detailed reason for the withdrawal was given in initial reports.
Why now: The abrupt end to the film's theatrical run, given its critical subject matter, is fueling speculation about pressure or commercial motives.
