Berlin film fans invite Yorck cinemas to join the Fediverse

Original: Liebe @Yorck Kinogruppe 🎬 wir lieben eure Kinos! Habt ihr Lust auf einen Account im Fediverse? Hier sind viele Filmfans.

Movie fans in Germany are publicly calling on the Yorck Kinogruppe, a Berlin cinema chain, to set up an account on the decentralised Fediverse platform. The pitch praises the group's cinemas and offers simple steps: create an account on servers like berlin.social or mastodon.social, then post the weekly programme automatically via RSS. Supporters say many film fans are already active there.

Why now: Cinema-goers want local film programmes on the Fediverse and are nudging a popular Berlin cinema chain to join.
