Who Is Elizabeth Holmes: Searches Surge Around Disgraced Theranos Founder
Original: who is elizabeth holmes
Elizabeth Holmes, the former Theranos CEO convicted of fraud for exaggerating her blood-testing startup's technology, is again a top search query in the United States. Interest appears tied to renewed entertainment coverage of her story, including an awards-season push for a film about her, prompting many to look up who she is and where her case stands.
Why now: Renewed media coverage of film and TV projects about the Theranos scandal is driving people unfamiliar with the case to search for her background.
