A child of Japanese Americans incarcerated at the Manzanar detention camp during the Second World War has issued a call to arms, arguing that the lessons of Manzanar have never been more urgent. Why now: Current US political debates over immigration and civil rights are prompting renewed attention to the WWII incarceration of Japanese Americans.
