Original: lucas paulano eurovisión junior

Lucas Paulano is trending in Spain after his performance at Junior Eurovision, where the country came close to winning the children's contest. The buzz comes as RTVE simultaneously keeps up its standoff with the European Broadcasting Union over the adult Eurovision, making Spain's festival fortunes a double talking point.

Why now: Spain nearly won Junior Eurovision while its broadcaster remains in conflict with the EBU over the adult contest.
