Original: Dolly Parton's Imagination Library
Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, the singer's book gifting programme that mails free books to children from birth to age five, is drawing renewed attention online. The programme, which began in 1995 in Tennessee and now distributes millions of books monthly across several countries, is being praised for its long-running commitment to childhood literacy.
