Kai Pflaume sets world record hosting quiz show during marathon
Original: wer weiß denn sowas?
German quiz show 'Wer weiß denn sowas?' marked a new season with a live world record attempt, as host Kai Pflaume moderated the quiz while running a marathon. The Tagesspiegel reports the record was successfully set. The season launch also included a crossover with the quiz show 'Gefragt – Gejagt', drawing attention to the popular ARD program's unusually staged premiere.
Why now: The stunt of hosting a TV quiz while running a full marathon is a striking, record-setting spectacle tied to the show's season launch.
