Original: °Zahlen: Sechs° Art House Project: Kadoya # FotoVorschlag # Naoshima # art # Japan
A contribution to a German-language photo suggestion challenge features the Kadoya, one of the Art House Project buildings on Naoshima island in Japan's Seto Inland Sea. The Kadoya is a restored 200-year-old house whose dark walls are covered with digital counters displaying numbers, part of Tatsuo Miyajima's installation. Naoshima is famous for its contemporary art sites and museums.
Why now: Photo challenge participants are sharing images of notable art locations, drawing attention to Naoshima's well-known art installations.
