F1 rookie accused of U-turn from Hamilton fan to Verstappen backer

Original: The 180 from being a Hamilton fan and the only rookie who didn’t look at Verstappen with stars in his eyes last year to

Formula 1 fans are accusing a rookie driver of a sharp reversal in loyalties, pointing out that last season he was openly a Lewis Hamilton admirer and stood out as the only newcomer unafraid of Max Verstappen, yet now speaks like a Red Bull mouthpiece. Critics say the shift happened remarkably quickly and suggest commercial money is the likely motivation.

Why now: Fans are debating whether the driver's changed stance toward Verstappen and Red Bull was driven by sponsorship money.

• The 180 from being a Hamilton fan and the only rookie who didn’t look at Verstappen with stars in his eyes last year to now being a Verstappen cuck and Redbull mouthpiece is very very interesting. Fascinating how it really didn’t take that long but I’m sure the money is worth it · maranellosun16 · 157
