Black Friday shopping season kicks off worldwide

Original: black friday

Black Friday is trending across multiple countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Brazil and Australia, as retailers roll out early deals. A survey by the Sedalia Democrat found 58% of shoppers want Black Friday promotions at least a month in advance, though consumers are becoming more selective about which offers they respond to amid growing 'Christmas creep'.

Why now: Retailers are launching early holiday promotions and shoppers are searching for deals as the Black Friday season begins.
