Original: Ukraine Strikes Russian Refinery After Moscow Breaks Trump's Energy Ceasefire https://www.wsj.com/world/ukraine-strikes-
Ukraine has carried out a strike on a Russian oil refinery, responding after Moscow was said to have violated an energy ceasefire brokered under President Trump's administration. The reported truce, which was meant to halt attacks on energy infrastructure, now appears to be collapsing, raising fresh doubts about prospects for broader peace negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow.
Why now: The strike signals the collapse of a US-brokered energy ceasefire, reviving concerns about the war's escalation.
