Spark community center supports students in Gaza City

Original: Share for the students ‼️ Spark is a community center providing essential shelter, electricity, & more in Gaza City. FYI

Supporters are drawing attention to Spark, a community center in Gaza City that offers students shelter, electricity and a place where teachers hold remote classes. Organisers are asking for small weekly or monthly donations of five dollars, saying pledges matter more than one-off gifts. Only 27 of 300 pledges had been received by Sunday, prompting calls to spread the word.

Why now: Ongoing hardship in Gaza has left students without reliable power or safe study spaces, so people are fundraising to keep the center running.
