A ceasefire has reportedly taken effect in Oleshky, a Russian-occupied town in Ukraine's Kherson region, to allow an aid mission for roughly 2,000 residents stranded by fighting and flooding, with food and medicine shortages mounting. The pause is being attributed to an initiative involving Melania Trump, and observers are watching whether it holds and whether aid can reach those cut off.
