Channel 4 shows coming to Disney+ in the UK
Original: UK's Channel 4 shows to launch on Disney+ next year
Channel 4 programmes will be added to Disney+ in the UK from next year, under a new content deal between the British broadcaster and the streaming service. The arrangement will bring Channel 4 shows to Disney+ subscribers alongside existing programming. Details of which titles will be included have not been announced, and the financial terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.
Why now: A major British broadcaster joining a rival streaming platform is an unusual licensing deal that changes where UK viewers can watch popular shows.
